Relatives of Dead Bangladesh Citizen Stop Post Mortem of His Body at Raiganj

Webdesk, TNI Kaliaganj 8th May, 2017: A youth from Bangladesh came to Kaliaganj on Sunday but was admitted to Raiganj District hospital in a serious condition. Today he was declared dead in an around 12 noon by the doctors. It is learned that Md. Nayeem and his uncle came to India on last Sunday and stayed at their relative’s house at Kaliaganj. However, his health deteriorated in the same day and was transferred to Raiganj District Hospital. However, the treatment could not save him. The problem started from that point when the hospital authorities were taking the body for post-mortem in accordance with the routine procedure. The relatives of Md Nayeem did not allow the authorities to do the Post Mortem citing reasons of his nationality. Till the last reports came in the body was not handed over to the relatives by the Hospital authorities.
